Classroom goal structure and disruptive behavior of learners has become a very critical bias for the teachers. To deal with the behavior and measure the quality of learners mind is a necessity for a teacher now. This book may help the teachers how to convert their learners’ behavior in their academic goal. Moreover it may help a professional teacher to develop their academic skills. A recent study, conducted with ninth grade students, suggested that mastery and performance goals are also related to students’ disruptive behavior in the classroom. Disruptive behavior such as teasing, talking out of turn, getting out of one’s seat, disrespecting others and more seriously but less frequently-violence and vandalism, has been acknowledge recently as a growing problem in school indeed as one of the most serious concern of teachers and parents.
