Classroom goal structure and disruptive behavior of learners has become a very critical bias for the teachers. To deal with the behavior and measure the quality of learners mind is a necessity for a teacher now. This book may help the teachers how to convert their learners’ behavior in their academic goal. Moreover it may help a professional teacher to develop their academic skills. A recent study, conducted with ninth grade students, suggested that mastery and performance goals are also related to students’ disruptive behavior in the classroom.
